swear on Chanel

Chanel S/S 2010

A deliciously soft colour palette of romantic hues, from pearly silvers to lemon meringues to peachy sorbets, this collection was truly good enough to eat with a monogrammed spoon! Heart-shaped
bouffants paired with liquid mercury accessories, the runway appears to have been flooded en masse with pretty young things in their demure girlish finery. Each ensemble was adorned with baubles and bijoux straight from your grandma's collection that seemed to have be woven into the very fabric of the lux designs. Simultaneously sugary sweet and opulently resplendent, I am absolutely obsessed with the sumptuous froth of this collection à la Lagerfeld.

with my final assignment (ish..) of 3rd year successfully submitted, I find myself reveling in the delight of typing words without in-text citations or a "reply all" option... I am ready to return to my world of languid musings, and the fabulous weather as of late is affecting my mood most wonderfully.

so ready for beaches & bliss
